Located in one of the safest regions of the United States with a very affordable cost of living, we can provide high quality education at a lower cost than similar schools in more expensive locations.

International Student Scholarships
International Student Scholarships for academic merit and family need are available. The merit scholarships alone can go as high as $25,000 per year for students joining for 2019-20.
Concordia prizes the contributions of international students make to enhance education on campus, and we are pleased to make generous scholarships available that can cover a portion of the costs of attendance.
Merit-Based Awards
International Excellence Scholarships are competitive, merit-based scholarships that are awarded to international first-year students or transfer students for up to four years. Current scholarships can go as high as $25,000 per year for students during the 2019-20 academic year.
Concordia Scholarship Interview
Admitted students may receive additional support from Concordia College based on their financial need. Students seeking need-based support will be required to participate in a Concordia Scholarship Interview and submit additional documentation in advance. Student and their sponsors are expected to pay a minimum of $20,000 per year.

Talent Awards
Concordia College offers additional scholarship opportunities for students participating in visual arts, music, theatre, speech and debate. Separate applications are required. Students selected to receive these awards will be expected to participate in events and programs. More details below.
Automatic Scholarships
November 1 | International Cobber Edge Application Deadline. Students who submit a complete application by this date automatically qualify for an additional $1,000 USD scholarship per year. |
January 1 | International Priority Cobber Application Deadline. Students who submit a complete application by this date automatically qualify for an additional $500 USD scholarship per year. |
#YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship
Beginning in fall 2019, Concordia will offer two annual, renewable scholarships that cover a minimum of 50 percent tuition to selected international undergraduate students dedicated to advancing intercultural learning and understanding at Concordia. First-year international students who have applied to Concordia can apply for the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship. All academic majors and fields of study are welcome to apply.
The application deadline for the 2019-2020 academic year has passed. This page will be updated when the application for Fall 2020 becomes available.
Work-Study
In addition to scholarships, international students are eligible to work on campus up to 20 hours per week during the school year. We estimate students will earn $3,000 per year from working an average of 10 hours per week, but some students who work as much as possible are able to earn more
